I know this Contractor well, and the Building Company's he owns. He Has been a Licensed Contractor from 1999 until now. He has Built Restaurants, Medical Facilities, Housing for 100+, and Sub divisions. He is now working with FEMA, and Federal Contracts start ups on Military Bases. UIDA has approved this for February, 2013 under the 8A Program with SBA.
