This man does not deserve a contractors license. Let's start with the fact that he told me my project would take 5 days and it took a month. He was scrambling on the last day of the contract to finish it and had to come back twice. He would show up on Saturdays and not tell us, show up late and not let us know and leave some days after 2-3 hours of work but always by 2pm every day.
He painted the bedroom and didn't have me approve of the color he chose. There were drip marks everywhere and stains on my carpet that professional carpet cleaners were unable to get out.
He installed a double sink (we only had a single before) and the second sink didn't work.
He made us a standing shower out of an existing shower bath combo and that didn't work. It worked before he started. We had a pay a plumber $200 to come out and fix it. He tried to claim it never worked in the first place.
The shower door he installed leaks because it doesn't close (seal) properly.
The grout around the door of the shower completely fell out a week later and we had to re do it. Also the grout he used was two different colors and it was not at all what we discussed.
He placed tile in the bathroom and one of the tiles was uneven and he was upset when we asked him to come back and fix it.
The drywall he put up was uneven and he didn't even try to fix it, he just placed another coat of paint. It was completely sunken around the light fixtures.
Smaller things were he installed the toilet paper holder crooked and the bathtub crooked (which we can't fix). Also the $200 shower head he installed didn't work with the water pressure in our home, which he didn't know because the shower didn't work when he left.
DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN! He claims he backs up his work, however we found a leaking pipe a few months later to the point where we had to cut the pipe out and replace it. This one of the two pipes he worked on in our bathroom (the first was the shower that didn't work) and he claimed that it wasn't his work and also that he wasn't driving out to help fix it. This was a plumbing emergency and we didn't have water for a whole day until it was fixed.
This whole project was a disaster. Oh not to mention they left their demo supplies on my front lawn for over 2 weeks and it left a brown spot in my grass. And they threw drywall water or grout water in my woods and our trees were white.
