He is a nice man. Knowledgeable and friendly. But I don't like being quoted a price and then add additional cost of $50 to a simple project. I bought the wrong item, and he offered to bring me back to the store and purchased the correct item. I accepted and was glad that I could ride with him to pick out the right shower head and handle. However, unbeknown to me , this generosity cost me an additional $50. I would have thought no more than than $25 extra but $50? I feel Mr Mooty took advantage of the situation and overcharged the cost of putting in a shower handle and a shower head. However, if this seems reasonable to you, then by all means use him. He did the job, the shower worked. But I like things to be told to me upfront not at the end of the service. I don't like to feel that this is just another plumber that overcharges for his services. I will not be using him again.
