We had to hire another contractor to repair and finish the job Curtis Hare was hired for. Over budget, months late, took liberties on the original plan and eventually disappeared. He tried to friendly, knowledgeable, and motivated to deliver, but, in the end.....delivered on nothing. One star is 5 too many.
