Bill was hired to replace two furnaces in my house. His workmanship and ethic was extremely poor. In locations that he cut new registers, there were huge gouges and errant saw cuts, irreparably damaging wood and linoleum flooring. He rarely worked more than 2 hours a few days a week, and only got the heaters running after 6 weeks when I started deducting $250/day from his pay. However, finalizing the project is still not done, and upon inspection the whole job looks cobbled together, with shoddy or no taping, incomplete bracing, etc. I'm going to pay someone else to finish the job because I don't trust his work at all. On top of that, he left the gate open and our dogs escaped twice. I can't imagine a worse contractor.
