Billy is one of the worst subcontractors I've ever hired. I hired him despite my best judgement. After he did a rough-in and was paid he disappeared. I cannot get another plumber to take over and finish as he left the place in such poor condition. It was clear he never intended to come back and finish the job. We have to tear one wall apart still in order to make a sink work due to his illegal install. It turns out he missed the sink in his planning, could not vent it correctly, so he snuck back over after inspection and plumbed it in with a mechanical vent that does not pass final inspection. Once I can open the wall I will have the inspector back and open a case against Billy with the state. Wait for a real plumber and stay away from this guy.

The above comment is not true. This man Mike wanted william to do things not by code and William refused. And then Mike tried to make a claim on his insurance as well as other companies working on the home. William is a wonderful plumber. He charges less and does a better job then anyone around. Just ask the five contractors and realtors he's been working with for years now.
