He was terrible. He isn't licensed!!! It expired in May 2013 and he is still operating and charging fees like he is licensed. Are job was contracted to take 4 months. After 13 months, we walked away. Now going after him in small claims court. Save yourself lots of headaches and stress and choose someone else.
