520 N Irwin Street He did a good job. He sent me an invoice. I didn't agree with the amount. Please send me an itemized statement or a bill. This is what he emailed me back. It is broken down as far as I can take it... We discussed pricing before anything was done!! Please pay invoice. I emailed and texted him several time to send me a bill or itemized statement. Yes we did talk. He told me to repair the commode will be in over a hundred and to replace it would be $200 and. I was not expecting it to be over $300 and ?? So if you have him do a job. Make sure you have it in writing!!! I think a lot of him but he didn't do me right.
