The City was breathing down our necks to get our basement up to code. We went through a couple of plumbers trying to do just that. Their quotes were exorbitant and we don't come off as wealthy so these folks were really looking to gouge us; that is, the ones who said it could be done, of which there were VERY few. The one plumber we had settled on in the beginning CONSTANTLY failed inspection. ...AND THEN CAME "BILLY."
We found Mr. Bill Jenkins through a family friend. He could see we'd been through the wringer and gave us a sweetheart deal. He even agreed to half payment AFTER he started the job and the balance in full upon PASSING INSPECTION. WE PASSED! In fact, the inspector said he did a really great job for us (we know! I'm a lay person and even I could tell this was professional work, the way it should be). Billy IS the best. He was in and out within a couple of working days. Polite, courteous with a great sense of humor (except about money, of course!). Bill is the best plumber in the universe and I stand by that. I highly recommend him to everyone and i am really excited and looking forward to having him do a complete renovation of our bath. The search is over. Billy's a keeper!
