I am a Realtor and had seen some of Vance Constructions' work while viewing properties, specifically standing out was a custom-built home in West Loveland. I had also heard a few colleagues had hired Vance Construction for remodel work in one home, and a covered patio addition on another home, and both colleagues were very pleased. So, when a family member of mine was looking for recommendations to build a custom outbuilding to match a custom home, and wanted some unique features included, I suggested calling Vance Construction. They were ultimately hired, and the work is now complete. WOW! I will not hesitate to hire or refer work to Vance Construction! Rodney Vance even jumped on a few calls with me when I encountered a problem on a Sellers' home I had under contract. He was responsive and willing to offer his knowledge, knowing it may not result in any project for him. VERY "value add" person, looking out for what the client needs and wants. The work they did on this family members' outbuilding is 100% fantastic, and the expectations were high for quality and workmanship. THEY DELIVERED!! Thank you Vance Construction, for creating an amazing product when I sent the referral your way! Happy to leave this review and will be happy to refer - or do business with you - in the future.
