I would not recommend this contractor and would highly caution others. William Lewis refused to honor the contract he prepared for our Condo renovation and that we agreed to. He took nine months to complete a job that he wrote in the contract would be completed in 12-14 weeks. He walked off the job, pulled his crew and the building permit 3 times demanding an additional $22K be paid to him in excess of the amount agreed to in the contract because of his failure to correctly bid a job and timely complete it. The failure was on Bill Lewis who then extorted money that he was not entitled to from his clients. This is a pattern of behavior. Buyer beware if you are contemplating business with this contractor.
