I was referred to Bill by a friend. Mr. Poteat came to our home after 7 pm to get heat turned back on. It was below freezing and he was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He could have charged an extra service call fee because it was after hours, but he didn’t. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends!!! He was fantastic.
