I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR.
The relatively small project took 3 months. He didn't listen to what I wanted, and did it his way. He hired an unlicensed plumber, who flooded my home twice, and did not know how to properly seat a new toilet. The plumber left garbage inside and out of my home, and left dirty fingerprints everywhere. When we asked for a different plumber, Duggins got defensive and continued to use the unlicensed plumber. The painter he hired left paint drops on the woodwork and hardwood floors. Duggins kept promising he'd come by to check and/or fix the plumbers work, but he never did. And to top it off, he kept adding charges to the quote!
