Bill and his team completed a full house redesign and 3 bathroom remodels for us. The final product was more than we could have even imagined - definitely our dream home. I chose William Manning company after reaching out to several other companies, many of whom never even responded. Bill was amazing and was very quick to talk through options and provide an estimate. What we loved most about him though is that he is able to help with the design. Many companies we spoke to will only do the work but won’t do the design - given that we have no design skills, we needed someone that could do it all. Bill and his team absolutely blew us away with their kitchen design - creating a wide open area with tons of counter space and storage that we were originally lacking. We didn’t know this kitchen was even possible. The bathrooms were completely modernized and Bill helped every step of the way offering advice and design options to fit our preferences. There were definitely issues that popped up along the way (as there are in all remodeling projects), but one quick call to Bill and he was on it - coming up with solutions and following through to make sure everything was taken care of. While it was definitely a stressful time, I never really worried about anything because I knew Bill would handle it. I am so thankful I happened to come across his company while planning for our remodel.

From the first day we met Bill we were impressed by his knowledge, skills, professionalism and enthusiasm to take on this rather difficult task. Our goal was to transform a Mediterranean style home into a more modern Coastal Contemporary residence. The advise and recommendations we received from Mike were always to the point and well received. It was a pleasure to see a large project completed within the original budget and 2 months ahead of schedule.
The workmanship and quality of the remodeled home is incredible and we could not be more pleased with the finished product.
Not only did we end up with a beautiful home, we also have a new friendship!!

Unbelievable team that kept me in the loop every step of the way, from the initial proposal, throughout the demo, until the final walk through. Very helpful in guiding me through this renovation process which can be quite stressful, but our Site Supervisor was extremely helpful, professional, informative, and pleasant, we felt at ease. Additionally, the job site was always tidy and clean at the end of the day. The best part was, the renovation finished on time and on budget. I absolutely love my beautiful new kitchen and bathroom and would highly recommend William Manning to looking to any type of work, large or small.

When we purchased a new home we knew the first thing we wanted to do was replace flooring and replace the entire kitchen including taking out walls. We talked to Bill and were pretty impressed with the options for flooring and wanted to get his idea for our new home since we had already talked to 4 contractors and had not been very impressed. Bill came out and did measurements and gave us a quote for tearing down the walls, putting in a new kitchen and new flooring in all the rooms. Demo of old carpet, old laminate flooring, they prepped our home with covering everything, moved my furniture and went room to room demo and installing 100% with even cleaning. All done in one day! Floors look so beautiful. I also had scrap molding put in my living room around the edges that would not have accomodated the crown molding and would not have know that was possible without William P Manning's help. It looks very nice next the exposed beams in the living room. Thank you again for the beautiful work and making the process so easy.

Bill Manning is a fantastic builder and project manager. We tore down our existing residence and built a new house on our lot. Bill lives up to his promises and works with you to find the best outcome for your budget. Highest integrity and honesty. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the work Bill and his team performed. A friend of mine who is in the business of residential and commercial construction walked through our project at different stages and told me how impressed he was with the quality of Bill's work and the materials he used. He went above and beyond. There will always be bumps in the road on any project, but Bill is great at seeing them coming early so they can be addressed reasonably. Very few surprises as a result of his experience. And best of all, Bill does not disappear after the work is completed. You can count on him for questions, warranty work, and recommendations of service providers years after the project is completed.

3810 Normandy Ave Our Guesthouse burned and was a complete loss. Manning company rebuilt to perfection. We were so pleased with the project we had them to do all our bathrooms in the house. Highly recommend.

Worst decision was to hire Bill Manning. He is a terrible builder. He built our house in Highland Park and represented himself as a high end builder. He does not manage the job. His subs do whatever they want and there is no quality control. He was over a year past his completion date which cost us even more money. Now 10 months after move in he still has yet to complete. We have chipped and cracked countertops and shower walls, fireplaces that don’t fit in the wall properly, rusted stair railings, crooked walls, sloping floors. and major plumbing problems. The list goes on and on. Worst experience of my life dealing with this builder.
