Rex is a lying crook , he does not oversee his job , charges you for a lot of extra, one you pay Rex the last draw he will not answer your calls r text, Rex a very good liar and very poor ouity work you will regret using this contractor

Sadly, I have to agree with comment above. Rex Zimmerman did not follow through to ensure quality of work at end of projects and cleanup was a mess from his subs. Section of ceramic floors were uneven and splattered with paint and Rex would not help me follow up to repair. Once Rex is paid he will go MIA. He is one of the reasons contractors continue to have such poor reputations. Rex was nice, until he received his last check. Personality changed to dark. He was recommended from Steins. Do not use Rex Zimmerman.
