Mr. Stepps had installed ceiling fans some years ago and I was very happy with his work. When I began to have numerous outlet/switch problems (not related to his previous work) I called him back. He showed up on time, worked diligently to find the problems, and correct them by replacing outlets and switches. All at a reasonable rate. I was very happy with his service and would use him again.

We had Mr. Stepps repair some electrical problems in 2010 and everything was perfect. Yesterday, Sunday, 6/11/13, our TV shut off, then the fan shut off, our kitchen fan light did not work, light over the kitchen sink, and others. Yet the outlets next to the ones that did not work actual were fine. I remembered I saved his name and number so we placed a call the next day and he was here in the afternoon exactly on time. All I had to tell him was what had happened, outlets involved, kitchen fan light, and he did all the rest; I never had to ask any other questions. He checked all the outlets, even the ones that worked. After that, he replaced one of the outlets and everything worked perfectly after that. The outlet he replaced had melted and a good portion of it was burned. This could have started a fire if we had not called. I am so glad I kept his number. His price was very fair! I will always use Mr. Stepps for all my electrical work and I really recommend him to everyone. It is very difficult to find someone you can trust, has integrity, and knows exactly what he/she is doing. Thank you Mr. Stepps!!! Gerald & Mary Anne M.
