Warning! Beware of using this contractor! I provided him with a $7,200 deposit on March 13th to redo my pool deck. Up until July 1st he had only broken up the existing concrete. After months of trying to get a timeline and have him show up to do work, I asked for a refund of my deposit. He declined and has since stop responding. I have filed criminal and civil charges against him and have escalated the issue to the PA Attorney General to review his contracting license. Be very cautious in your dealings with him.
