We have had a positive experience with WilliamMRK. We purchased a home in Lincoln Creek Village in July of this year where they are continuing to build new homes within Colony Loop. Our closing date was only pushed back 2 weeks which seems typical with many home builders due to schedules. The subcontractors have been consistent and the supervisor took our minor concerns seriously. We had a negative experience with KB Homes previous to choosing a new builder and were worried about having similar issues. It worked out in our favor.

WilliamMRK was very easy to work with, they are a mid-sized builder that is family owned. They were timely with all requests and finished my home right on time. There were a few touch-up issues after closing but they were right on top of it. I would definitely recommend them.
