    Clifford Williams, I would describe him as dishonest, untrusting, cunning. This contractor had collected $22,750 ( $4,000 he supposed to pay toward building materials, but the material was never purchased) he still owed the piling company. The work was never complete. We have tried to contact him by phone and text messages so many times, but he never response back. Now we are handing the case over to the attorney, if he doesn't repay the money he owes. That would be criminal charges against him. The saddest thing about this is that, this project is for a church. He thought he can get away with it, but he is wrong! I would not recommend anyone to use his service, he will sweet talk to you and make you think that he is honest and will deliver his service. Make sure you check out the better Bussiness bureau before you hire anyone.

    Deadbeat contractor

    Clifford Williams has owed me $1,350.00 since September 2014. He has used the checks in the mail numerous times and blamed his wife, saying she was suppose to pay it. Now he doesn't answer my calls. Don't work for this lying man!

    Clifford has for three weeks avoided the calls
    of my family to finish his job..The concrete
    he poured has many cracks and the mess left
    behind is bad..
