About 5 years ago Williams Builders was recommended to me by an old. friend, Denny Murray. Michael Williams met with me and helped design a handicapped accessible bathroom which will allow me to age in place. Since then, Michael and his crew have replaced the roof on my house and completely gutted and remodeled my kitchen. When people have seen my bathroom and kitchen for the first time, they are always impressed, and some have even commented that the rooms look like pictures from a design magazine.
I would (and have) highly recommended Williams Builders to anyone looking to have quality work done to their home. The estimates are reasonable (and free), the work is well done in a timely manner (unless supplies/materials are the issue), and Michael and his workers and subcontractors all work well together. Michael and his workers are very polite, efficient, and capable - and another plus is that they clean the work area at the end of each day. Last but not least, I recently had an HVAC issue and Michael referred me to Cellar Door HVAC who quickly and efficiently resolved my issue.
The next project I have planned with Williams Builders is to replace and upgrade my decks. As long as I live in my home, I will continue to call Williams Builders for all my home improvement needs.

We met with Mike in late November 2021 to discuss finishing off our basement. We had been looking for a contractor for about a year to do the job but no one was available for about 1-2 years. Mike was willing to start our job in June 2023, unfortunately it wasn’t started till late August but that was mostly due to a previous one that took longer to finish. Mike and his workers were very polite, respectful of us and our property, hardworking and efficient. Mike was very easy to work with and would give an objective opinion if he felt there was a better way to build. He is very good at returning calls/texts in a timely manner and keeping us abreast with any problems. Our project took about 6 months but mostly due to delayed materials and subcontractors scheduling. All in all the workmanship was very good and we are very pleased with the outcome. Mike also redid our deck and railing while waiting for subcontractors to do their work. We look forward to using Williams Builders again for other projects.
