I have hired this company in the past and have been satisfied with the work and estimates. However, my last job had 2 phases. Phase one install tile, and phase 2 complete odd jobs and install lighting. Mr. Williams took payment completed and took payment for Phase 1, and promised to return to complete the rest of the projects when some window blinds were delivered. Two months later, he has not come to complete the project, will not returm calls, and will not return the supplies that I purchased to install lighting in the family room and bedrooms. Supplies total $128.12, which isnt a huge amount of money to a lot of people but considering I have to repurchase these supplies for another contractor to finish, starts adding up. Mr. Williams will not answer or return my calls, my requests that he simply return the materials have gone unanswered. Fail!!
