    so far so good still waiting on a septic design approval so they can start. He thought he would probably start in August anyway. Very nice guy Chris Williams is. He was the only one that wanted to see the building site before giving bid. He also answered any questions I had and is very willing to work with me.

    Very nice and knowledgeable guy. Has been out already and looked and talked to me as to what I want and is checking with the building dept. on a couple items then will get back to me.
