    We hired Williams Enterprises to do a bathroom remodel. We spent over $30,000 in the bathroom and other services. When his carpenter quit in January 2016, we did not hear from him for over two weeks despite many attempts to contact him via phone and email. His communications and timeliness were poor. He installed our floor tile over plywood and the grout is already starting to crack.

    Our floor was not level in the bathroom. He installed the floors and vanity without talking to us and when done, the vanity sloped over 1/2 inch. We made him fix it.

    When they installed the tile on the vanity the first time, it was chipped and uneven so we had him fix that.

    He installed a mantle that was different than we ordered and left a jagged line between the mantle and the stone around the hearth. The stone around the hearth (which he installed) sagged in places leaving gaps along the wall. We were is such a hurry to be rid of him that we paid before inspecting the work thoroughly. We did not want him doing any and he was unwilling to pay for the work to be fixed because he indicated he did a good job.
