Permits
- Building permit records show that Williams Homes has worked on 23 permitted projects.
While we are pleased with the house, buyer BEWARE that Williams Homes used a subpar subcontractor for our driveway and front stoop. It started crumbling after 6 months, and the warranty was denied due to weather (as if they don’t know Bozeman, MT gets snowy and cold). 3 driveways in the development are fine, and the other 3 are terrible. I guess weather only affected half of them. Be sure to get assurances about concrete work before closing on a Williams Home.
