Did business directly with the owner and was very dissatisfied. He wrongfully dumped a load of construction debris (asphalt slabs) on my farm. He promised to come out with his equipment to remove it and did not. His wrongful dumping is costing me to hire his competition to remove it and pay the required dump fees. I am trying to get in touch with the owner of the site he took the trash from (and who paid him to correctly dispose of) to see if they can hold his retainer until he pays for this. I work with most of his competitors and would recommend anyone over him for your project. This person is very dishonest and has no problem harming you if it saves him a buck.
