This was the 2nd time we used Willies for cleaning our gutters and downspouts. It was also the last. This time I'm guessing they were in a hurry and used too much water pressure. Whatever the problem was, they certainly left the house looking worse than when they came, the windows are splattered, it appears a hose has been dragged through a flower planter, the siding looks as if it has been power washed and paint is now chipped off, and dirt and debris was sprayed on the side of the house. When I expressed disappointment, they said that I should be glad they brought their own water supply and that I could get up on a ladder and see what a good job they had done on the gutters. So different than the first time they were here!

We had a contractor come to our home to clean & paint and fix some siding, and it turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had with a company. The worker appeared to be under the influence and attempted to climb a ladder, which made my daughters feel unsafe and prompted them to ask him to leave. He became aggressive and dropped the ladder on our deck, breaking a window and damaging a special plant that I received when my child passed away. It was heartbreaking to see that.
To make matters worse, I noticed that the truck's tags had expired “5” years ago. Really probably no insurance just like his company that I tried to get a claim on his bond. This individual seemed to be struggling with major substance abuse, which is truly alarming. To come to a job like that. How is he still in business? He even kept calling, demanding payment for some prep work he claimed to have done, which was incredibly unsettling.
