We had the pleasure of hiring Willis Development LLC for the construction of our home in The Shores, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. From start to finish, Patrick, his Manager Edward and the rest of his team and tradesmen demonstrated outstanding professionalism, seasoned expertise, and dedication to delivering a high-quality home that exceeded our expectations.
Throughout the construction process, the project presented its share of challenges, from weather delays, enhanced foundation requirements, as well as all the change orders I implemented. However, Patrick and his team consistently rose to the occasion, showcasing exceptional problem-solving abilities and diplomacy. Their proactive approach ensured that issues were addressed swiftly, wisely and effectively, keeping the project on track without compromising on my goals. Occasionally a project owner like myself has a "not so good" idea and I felt politely steered in the right direction in many occasions.
I have worked with GC's, both good and bad, and Willis Development LLC is among the best. Custom cabinetry and millwork, custom sinks, bathrooms, tile, flooring and finish of trim were all handled beautifully.
One of the standout aspects of working with Willis Development was their excellent communication skills with the developer, architect and trades. The team did a great job of keeping us informed of progress and any decisions that required our input. His team's responsiveness and clarity gave us confidence and peace of mind throughout the build.
I highly recommend Willis Development LLC for any construction project. Patrick and his team turned our vision into reality while overcoming challenges with grace and expertise.
