I'm giving one star because giving no stars isn't an option. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Brenton will promise that he "guarantees"his work to be done right and that he will fix any issues that may arise from work he has done. He doesn't. The project he did for us was a disaster from the start, and that "guarantee" is useless. Now, over a year and a half later, I am still dealing with the shoddy work he did in my master bathroom. Brenton would not come out and look at the issues we had, which started immediately after he "completed" the job. He doesn't return calls or messages once the job is done and he has his money. I have cracked tiles, cracked grout, gaps in grout, etc. After checking around, it seems that the people I know of that used him for projects had the same bad experiences. How he ever received a builders contract is beyond me. Steer clear of Willowbrook Builders.
