    BEWARE OF WILLWOOD BUILDERS, INC. AND RICK WOODARD THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO THE WORK. THEY BELONG IN JAIL. THEY SCAMMED AT LEAST 8 OR 9 PEOPLE IN NEW JERSEY EVEN THOUGH THE COMPANY HAD A LICENSE.

    WORST NIGHTMARE

    I don't know where they got those previous reviews, but I worked with Willwood Builders (Rick Woodlard) for over a year renovating my house and it was a total nightmare. Everything that could go wrong with a contractor, went wrong. He is a total expert in keeping you from firing him, because he makes sure that you have your money invested in his promises. Delays, Delays, Delays…on EVERYTHING…First the drawings, then the permits, then the window, then the roof, then the variance…NOTHING WILL RUN SMOTHLY…EXCUSES FOR EVERYTHING…EXCUSES, EXCUSES, EXCUSES. At the end HE SIMPLY DISAPPEARED, claiming that was on the HOSPITAL, which I believed for a while. BUT THEN STOPPED ANSWERING TO ANY PHONE CALLS, EMAILS…his Subcontractors APPEARED TO COLLECT MONEY THAT HE NEVER PAID THEM CLAIMING THAT A WASN'T PAYING HIM. THEY WERE GOING TO PUT A LEAN ON MY HOUSE.
    HE DISSAPEARD WITHOUT GETTING THE CO'S, I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE ROOF THAT HE INSTALLED. MY PROJECT AT THIS HOUSE TRANSFORMED IN A TOTAL NIGHTMARE FOR HIRING THE WRONG CONTRACTOR. WILLOW BUILDERS, RICK WOODARD 2393148702 , 9083383569 , 8888796964 , [email protected]

    Willwood Builders helped us get through the aftermath of Super Storm Sandy. We had no idea of where to begin and with all of the trouble we were having with the insurance companies just made increased our frustration. Their overall knowledge of construction codes and design was amazing.. Now we are building our new home in Seaside Park and couldn't be happier with the cost and progress of our home. I would highly recommend Willwood Builders to anyone who was a frustrated as we were and ready to build.
