    Condo renovation
    $260,000

    When we renovated our condo in NYC we spoke to no less than 10 contractors all of whom either failed to put forth a proposal or simply ghosted us completely. Then we were fortunate to find Guillermo and his team at Wilman!

    Guillermo was timely, honest and professional throughout the whole process — from the initial ideation meeting until the final walkthru. One of the benefits of working with Guillermo is that he is a creative-minded contractor that helped us see opportunities and efficiencies within our vision for the reno. He helped us source an excellent architect that was right for us and worked with him to bring the plans to life since he had such a solid understanding of the things we wanted. Carina was a an excellent point person that was always available and responsive to our needs as well as being instrumental in helping us source materials. The larger team at Wilman was a collection of experts in their respective fields that worked quickly, collaboratively, and efficiently.

    As with any major project there were changes and challenges that arose along the way and Guillermo met each with patience and resolve. For example, we added a few asks that weren’t in the initial plan, like redoing flooring. We also were greeted with a building gas line situation that arose when one of the walls was removed. Guillermo stuck with us throughout.

    Having lived in the reno for several years now, the quality of the work Guillermo and Wilman did is as evident now as it was when they had just finished. It's clear that no corners were cut, nothing was left unfinished, or has worn and otherwise needs to be redone.

    We can wholehearted recommend Guillermo and Wilman — especially for custom and unique projects that require top notch expertise and professionalism.
