  Paint exterior siding and trim on our 3-story condominium

  Let me begin with my Bottom Line: In my view, Wilman’s Painting is clearly a top-tier painting contractor. Their work is without fault, and they seem to be unreservedly committed to fulfilling their primary objective, which is to proviede “…the best customer experience possible.” If you hire Wilson’s Painting for your own painting project, believe me, you will not be disappointed.

  Among the five estimates received for repainting the exterior siding and trim on our three-story condominium, I selected the estimate from Wilman's Painting. I did so because: (a) I had been able to see first-hand the careful and detailed work being done at a nearby apartment complex being repainted by a crew from Wilman’s Painting. Finally, the owner of that same property later assured me that he was completely pleased with the quality of the work done by Wilman’s Painting and, in fact, had already asked them to paint his other Edmonds-area properties. Finally, having discovered some areas where the paint had been badly weathered, I insisted that we would only work with painters who are willing to do the preparation work correctly — e.g. pre-cleaning the exterior several days before starting any painting, then scraping, sanding and priming the most badly-weathered wood. Even before hiring them I was impressed by their genuine commitment to "providing the best customer experience possible.” Now that they have finished our painting project, I see that my early impressions about them were completely justified. Do yourself a huge favor by working with Wilson’s Painting. You’ll be so happy you did.

  Paint Interior of Home

  $8,000

  Wilman's team did a wonderful job painting the entire interior of a rental home. Picture holes in walls were patched, any gaps in trim were caulked, great quality paint and everything done professional so not a drop on the hardwood floors. A fair price for very quality work.

  Exterior painting

  $4,800

  Wilman's did an outstanding job on all of the detailed prep work, and getting thru a couple of windy days, to come out at the other end of the project with a beautifully and professionally completed three tone work of art... Just fantastic with full disclosure on what is going on and when it was going to happen. The communications were seem less with the full crew being friendly and always leaving a pristine work environment at the end of each day. I am providing my highest recommendation to Wilman's, as well as the three gentlemen who did the work. Thank you
