December 16, 2019Remove a radiant barrier and install foam insulation in my attic

By Mr. O.April 16, 2019attic insulation$500
Today I had a positive experience with Wilserv. Three employees installed insulation in my attic. In fact, I'd like to thank Jerry Sonnier and Kenny Kellett, especially. Not only did they do a great job with the insulation, but they also were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the insulation tips they gave and the extra effort they made to ensure the premises were clean before they left my home. Thank you for your service!

When I signed the contract I was told that all of the debris would be cleaned out of my attic when they finished. The foam insulation was sprayed on 12/02/2019. Before I gave them the remainder of the installation fee I asked if it was all cleaned up and they said it was. I was not able to go look in the attic until yesterday, because I am 71 years old and need someone to be here when I go up there in case I might fall. What I saw was appalling. Nothing was cleaned up. There were pieces of the spray foam all over the floor of the attic. Many of the pieces had been stepped on and squashed into flattened circles which stuck to my shoes. There was also a great deal of debris from when my old radiant barrier was removed. Had I known what a mess it would be I would NEVER have employed your company. My attic has to be cleaned before I can put anything back in there. Please honor your contract.
Sincerely, Cynthia Stewart
