    New house construction

    Mark Wilsey is the most unprofessional and dishonest person I have ever dealt with. He convinces you what a great job he will do for you with his narcissistic personality. Then he does not follow through on anything. Stay clear of him. He will Rob you blind.

    Custom Home Build

    We recently embarked on a project with Mark Wilsey, of Wilsey Homes, Inc., to build our home.

    Before making the decision to go ahead with Mark, we toured a high-end home he is currently building. The house was sheathed and the roof was on but all the framing inside was still exposed. This enabled us to see that good clear lumber had been used, and that the studs were straight, plumb and secure. We spoke with vendors and subcontractors working on the home. We got the same response from all - that they had been working with Mark for many years, and that he pays them on time and as expected. We have continued to visit this home site over the last few months and can see that work is proceeding smoothly.

    We have found Mark to be knowledgeable and patient, answering our many questions without complaint. When we call him he answers his phone, or returns the call in a timely manner. Same with texts.

    We will post an update as we get further along in the process, but we are confident that Mark will build us a beautiful custom home.

    $450,000

    658 Byrnes Way S.E.....I don't have enough space here to say what I would like. He is not trustworthy. Took 405,000.
    Of ours and didn't pay for his employees or anything it took to build the house, starting from the foundation. My husband had to be on site everyday to oversee what was happening. There were a few employees that were very good but we're not being paid. Wilsey tried a lot of shortcuts, because we couldn't order the things we wanted because he owed so many people they wouldn't give him credit. We had to finish the house ourselves, the bank had to pay some of the employees the remainder of the 450,000. and we went through a lot of court dates to remove Leon's on the house.Watch his buddy Prince electric too. They got paid by us not Wilsey...is this how it goes? Maybe he once was good but NO MORE! Nightmare.
    He filed bankruptcy to get out of it and changed business name.
