Contacted them about a new home furnace and central air. Received the bill and was billed for an additional $2000.00 - asked for an itemized bill, when that finally came - I saw that they billed me for the incorrect furnace and central air. Then the owner argued with me about which central air we had, I had to go outside and take a picture of the model # and e mailed it to them. I did get a new bill which was adjusted, but it took a lot of persistence on my part. I had also requested to have an air filtration system put in because of allergies, the owner said I never requested this. I went through e mails and found the e mail that contained the information about the air cleaner that they had sent to me and sent it back to them. The owner - which is Beals Sheet Metal - said that I never requested this and that I had never requested a bid (wow - they really don’t have very good customer service!). I am very dissatisfied - and am very dismayed at choosing this company. I was looking at Daltons and really wish I would have gone with them! Daltons offers so much more - with service after you get your system installed. I have to say that Wilsons - is very unprofessional, and they need to greatly improve on customer service. Buyer beware!
