We discussed the redo of the dock at my home . This was to include the dredging. After the dock was finished the dredging was not performed. I have been given numerous promises that this work would completed. My suggestion for another would be to hold 25% of the payment until work is completed

I would never recommend him. He was paid in full to build a bulkhead for me and the bulkhead didn't meet the building code. He promised to come and fix it and he never showed up. Now i have to sue him so that another contractor can be paid to fix the mess he created. NO WILSON GARCIA. The deserves ZERO stars
