    Unlike the previous review we have had Wiltshire do an estimated 10-12 small to medium projects for us over the past 5 years. Every single time he and Joe have been prompt, efficient, cleaned the work area and did super good work. And I mean EVERY SINGLE JOB!!

    Electrical work/living room remodel

    A trustworthy friend recommended Rich Wiltshire to do some basic electrical work in our house. However, after we scheduled an appointment with Rich to get an estimate, he didn't come on time; nor did he call to tell us that he would be late. It was up to us to call him and ask what was up. That should have been a red flag that we were not his priority. It appears that he picks and chooses who he wants to do good work and who gets dropped.
    We had the same problem when he was supposed to come do the electrical work. Communication and promptness are not his strengths.
    Worse though, when he did come to do the electrical work, he and his man went to add a switch as we discussed, but they didn't tap the wall first to find what was behind it. They went at the wall with a sawzall. When they ran into a metal piece behind the wall, they changed their plan for installing the switch, but didn't fix their errors. Now we're left with drywall repair and a paint job.
    Furthermore, although the lights are controlled by the switches we wanted them to be, Wiltshire Electric didn't finish the job. They left us to buy the switch plate (so they left the job with a gaping hole. When the plate they recommended us to buy didn't cover the hole, even after calling him, it was clear our project wasn't a priority. Now we're left to take care of the mess they made.
    I regret hiring them, and certainly do not recommend him/them.
