    Re-do all landscape

    I met with both John and Todd about replacing all my landscaping.They were very informative on what I could accomplish with my budget. My wife went into labor the day we scheduled the work so we were not around or able to communicate. However, we came home to a immaculate home and yard. They went above and beyond and we couldn’t be happier.

    I would never recommend Winborn. Where do I start...Very unresponsive to messages, as I sent texts and emails that repeatedly went ignored. They decided NOT to do my job and waited until the morning of to tell me, AFTER I canceled a doctor appointment so I could be home. I was told they attempted to "squeeze me in twice", which, first of all, unless you're doing the work for free, you DON'T "squeeze in" a paying customer. I don't have the luxury of waiting around, wondering if today's the day that someone is going to show up and begin the work. I've never dealt with anyone so unprofessional. Assign a day and window of time to the job, so people can plan accordingly. Also, it was once, actually, that they attempted to "squeeze me in," when Todd showed up on my porch one morning without any notice, telling me they were going to start. Who does that? I had specifically asked the owner when I first reached out if they take on smaller jobs, and was told that they do. Yet, when Todd canceled my job, he said "it's such a small job". They are rude, inconsiderate and lack professional courtesy. Note to Winborn - like you mentioned, bad reviews can hurt small businesses. Well, the flip side of that is great reviews can help small businesses. In the future, you might want to treat EVERYONE with the same level of respect and courtesy, regardless of the size of the job. You just might earn yourself a better review.

    Winborn designed and completed my landscaping better then I had envisioned They were punctual, professional, competitive bid and friendly. They installed my irrigation, made new flower beds , slate walkway and cobblestone patio. Can’t wait for spring to enjoy my new outdoor living space.
