Jim and Chris has done numerous projects for my family on two houses for us. They were recommended by a friend who is meticulous about who she hires. We have recommended them to numerous friends of ours. They do excellent work, communicate clearly and frequently, are open and transparent with their estimates and billing. They have installed new windows, doors, re-insulated our attic, and completely remodeled a bathroom (new sheetrock ceiling and walls, tiled and replumbed a shower, rewired the lights, tiled the floor, did the finish trim work, built pocket door) for us. Their attention to detail is fantastic. And as a bonus, they are great guys - you kind of miss them when they're gone! We call them for any and all home projects and if they can't or won't do some type of work (the flashing around the roof of the house is the example from our situation) they know a quality person who can.
