In my opinion the owner has no respect for his customers after contract signed. We had six (6) leaks that occured at different times during the installation. The roofer actually blamed us for damages that happened in the middle of the night from leaks. Many buckets and tarps were used until they showed up to fix. Ceiling damage inside has yet to be fixed since owner subs out his work and claims it is subs insurance that should cover damages. Also charged extra at end of job for material he failed to furnish but was very quick to get leftover material I had paid for so he could return for money (material cost was first payment). Left yard full of nails and even broke off all the sidewalk lights dragging tarps. Most reviews seem good, but this was not my experience. In my opinion, not very professional or honest.

Had my roof did in 2021 and it is still leaking he refused to fix and I have had to try to repair it he is the worst person to have any work did to your home he comes off nice but once you sign the contract then here comes attitude and rudeness and everybody can’t just be saying the same things about and then he goes on the site and says he don’t know any of these people they are just lying on him if he would do his job right then there wouldn’t be any complaints John Lewis do what you are paid to do and if it’s not right then you are supposed to make it right people are paying for service they are not getting it for free then when the truth comes out you are in your feelings won’t you get in your feelings when you are taking peoples money and do the right thing.
