I have been using Window Crafters for 15 years, and their service and quality have deteriorated to the point that my window manufacturer (Loewen) recommends another company for warranty work. It takes weeks/months to get someone out to look, then months/weeks to order parts, and then weeks/months to complete work. My last window warranty work took over 5 months to complete, and I had to get involved to get the work completed, and the quality was horrific. Broke 3 of the 5 windows they were replacing; doors that didn't leak, leaked after they did standard maintenance; damaged window frames. The most frustrating thing is that they never return phone calls. Raymond, Heather, Anna, etc., are impossible to contact. Only get a response when the manufacturer Loewen or the retailer, One Stop Windows, steps in. Their prices are absolutely outrageous, which wouldn't be a problem for reliable service, but their service and quality are now nonexistent. They have been in business for decades but I contacted the manufacturer to see if Window Crafters was still in business because didn't hear back from anyone and it had been 2 months. I got a response in minutes from the window manufacturer with another vendor recommendation, so I think they are getting lots of complaints.
