They were right on time and professional. Chris did an awesome job on the install and left our home neat and tidy. The house is so cool and quiet now. I give them 5 stars for being reliable, friendly and professional.

If you want a 6 month delay from order to installation date, riddled with non-existent customer service and missing installation parts, then order from here. Their customer service is the most unprofessional and inept group of people who never pick up their phone or answer the emails. They will not move an inch to think of alternative solution unless you keep emailing them every day like it's your second job. Also, they will charge your credit card regardless of repeated requests to speak with a supervisor for some explanation or discount regarding their despicable behavior. Please see pics of the shoddy job that they left behind, they didn't include any handles, so we had to rig our own. GO AND GET YOUR SHADES SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID. THEY ARE THE WORST!!
