I would highly recommend not working with this company. We have had nothing but poor customer service despite them cashing our $41,000 deposit months ago. We have not received the plans that we requested, no permitting has been done, yet this company has cashed our check which is now going on 6 months and refuses to refund our funds. Rory has not returned our calls or emails in the last month and the office staff are of no help. Our next step is the meet with them in Civil Court and report them to the AG Office.

Friendly staff - sales person, measurements, even Becca who answers their phones. I wish I could rate their work. Unfortunately I never got to see it. After taking the measurements, there was a delay getting the list of supplies to me that I needed to purchase - which essentially delayed the time to completion so it wouldn't have been completed in time for my mother to move in. In February I called to request a refund of my $2100 deposit. I have been trying to get that refund ever since to no avail. At one point I agreed to have them come in and do a different bathroom and just apply the deposit to that work. I never heard from them again. Now I feel like I'm getting the run around and I simply want my money back. A trustworthy company would never attempt to keep something they did not earn. My next trip will be to civil court. Uggghhh!!!! Do your homework before hiring this company!

We recently had our roof & skylights replaced. A couple of things went sideways, but the customer service we received was amazing! Kevin, Tran & Rory went above & beyond to make things right & make us happy! Thank you!

I'm doing a small remodel on my bathroom, and wanted to replace the window. I have no budget, so I knew I couldn't afford to do more than 1 based on another company that we had do windows in the past. When I called and said I only wanted to do 1 window, they said "no problem". They sent Matt out to give me an estimate. The price was so reasonable, that I ended up getting 3 windows done (all for less than I was expecting to pay for 1). Everything went exactly as they said. In a few days someone would come out and do the critical measure (they did), and I could expect a call to schedule install approximately 15 business days after that. They called on day 13, and installed 2 days later. The installers were on time, and just awesome guys. I felt very comfortable having them in my home (my dog loved them). Even though I told them it wasn't necessary, they took their shoes off each time they entered the house. I now have 3 beautiful windows, at an exceptionally reasonable price, and can't recommend them enough. I have zero skills in this area, and have to rely on professionals, I trust these folks, and as soon as I'm ready to do other windows in the house, this is the only number I will call!

I declined this bid request based on my experience with another project this company bid on. They first missed the original appointment and when someone finally did show up to take a look at the project to create the bid they left and I never heard from them again. Until I submitted this project for bid.

We needed to have several roofs on our property replaced, house, garage, shed, pump house, and a door overhang on the garage. My husband searched online for contractors and found Window & Roof Depot. We made contact, and spoke with Jerry, who I found right away to be very friendly, positive, and helpful. He explained a little about the company, and the work process, and sent someone out to check out our roofing needs. Luna was the next person we met; he came to our home, sized up our roofing needs, explained our roofing options, the processes, showed us roofing samples, provided an estimate, and went over costs with us. He is friendly, enthusiastic, positive, and has lots of knowledge of roofing. He provided a contract on the spot, and we signed. He explained that they also provide and install windows; we had just replaced half of our home’s windows. He gave us an estimate for doing the rest of the windows, it was more than reasonable and they could match the style we have; we are now going to get the rest of our windows from Window & Roof Depot. The roofs have all been completed now. We are very pleased with them. The roofers were very considerate, worked steadily, and did a spectacular job with all of the roofs. They completed the work sooner than we even expected. All of the debris was hauled away and the clean-up was great. We really appreciate this company and very highly recommend them to others.

I am a Realtor and needed a window replaced to keep from missing a closing date and, possibly, losing a contract. The people at Window & Roof Depot found a window that was the correct size the day I contacted them and installed it the next day at a price far below what the other window & glass contractors quoted. I know this was a little lucky, but the real luck was finding this contractor! My only window and glass contractor from now on.
