There are water bubbles in in the anti-sun film on 80% of my view windows. The film was installed by Window Scapes, Inc. 3M, the film manufacturer, indicates the bubbles will "cure" and dry out in a month. The film was installed in June, 2014. That's 9 months ago & counting. They also disabled a window latch when installing the film & left me to fix it. They never paid for the repair. They also refuse to compensate me for the water bubbles unless I sign a very one-sided "settlement agreement" which would take away many of my legal rights and none of theirs.
