Our order was placed on or about August 18, 2021. Because of supply chain issues, the installation timeline I was given would be 8 weeks out. That was ok.
Everything arrived and we set an installation date of Friday, January 7. The weather on that day was 3-13 degrees F. They did not show up and I did not receive a call. Inclement weather and all, that's ok.
They showed up today, I received a phone call that the installers were at my door. This is Jan.14, the following Friday.
Now mind you, my wife and I have been sick since last Monday, had video appointments with our doctor on Tuesday and Wednesday. My wife was one day later than me in showing Covid-like systems, Our doctor scheduled my wife and me for Covid-Testing today (Jan, 14. I spoke with Brian, the owner and he wanted his crew to go ahead with the installation regardless. This man showed a reckless disregard for the safety of his people, in the event my wife and I test positive for covid. He threatened to charge an additional fee because "he lost half a day for his crew not being able to do the installation. Yes, I should have called him and let them know but my main concern was not that installation. Apparently, we were more concerned with the safety and welfare of his own employees. Another date for the installation could have been made amicably but that did not turn out to be the case.
I will never use them again and I suggest you look elsewhere for your window and door needs.
