Avoid! Can’t even get a call back after property damage. After inspection we have been ghosted as far as repairing our broken tile floor (we paid a line item for cutting the floor, that was not done and our floor is severely damaged. I have photos and RING camera video of the event and installers reaction). So we paid extra for the tile to be cut before sliding door frame was removed(not done and RING camera video evidence), and now are left with paying for tile floor repair because we have been ghosted despite multiple calls. Also, it’s been weeks after county inspection and no window frame trim has been installed as the installers stated (this may not be on the company, but pretty sure it’s a part of the install quote/fee).
As a restoration Project Manager who used to refer your company, you’re now in the short list of who I advise to avoid based on personal property experiences. -

I had Window World Orlando install two windows. The installers, who could barely speak English wrecked my ADT Alarm System.
They will not acknowledge or respond to my request. I now have 100's of dollars of damages, and will have to hire a Lawyer to resolve this, something I just don't need in my life right now...

Pleased with window REPLACEMENT at one house. Window build-out at another was a disaster. They worked with our GC to determine who was doing what, then backed out of their portion claiming that was not their job, despite what was in the contract. We also found out that they pulled the wrong permit. After lots of attempted negotiations, we determined our GC would have to do the additional work they would not complete. To top it off, before the work was complete, and before the county inspection, they attempted to steal the remaining payment from our credit card without authorization.

The entire staff at Window World was great from start to finish! They did every window in our house and did an outstanding job! Took about three weeks to get the custom ordered windows in, then they set up an install date, showed up on time and had them in the house in two days. Kent did a great job!! Highly recommend Window World of Tallahassee!! Thanks for the great job and followup plus the gift basket was icing on the cake!
