Design process went well and was enjoyable. Nothing but problems after that. Still work to be done after one year in home. Other homes owners still with work to be done after multiple year. Owner does not refuse to complete work just work doesn't get done. We now have moisture in attic leading to more problems. Water damage on wall and in attic. Seem to build at lowest quality to just make local inspections.

Similar review to the one I see here. Start went really well everyone helpful and friendly. Whole process of building and sale went really well. As soon as papers were signed and we moved in we had nothing but problems. We have lived in our home almost 2 years just shy by a few weeks and we still have warranty work unfinished. Our furnace isn’t even properly installed. They never respond to calls and messages never get back to you. If they do actually answer they tell you they will show and get the work done and it never happens. I would never recommend them to anyone.
