If only I had known about Wingate in August of last year when I struggled with another company that never seemed to completely solve my problem air conditioning. Wingate technician,Brett, was very thorough and finally uncovered the underlying problem. Though the system will need more work than I had hoped, I feel that the problem is finally going to be solved. I appreciate their integrity and efforts to do the job right. Thank you.

I highly recommend Wingate Mechanical LLC as I found them to be fast, affordable and a top shelf company. I called at the open of a work day with an unexpected issue regarding my AC and spoke to the office manager and within 2 hours had a service technician on site. I was provided with professional, knowledgeable and courteous service from the office manager to the service technician. Steve the service technician explained the issue thoroughly and answered every question asked. I will recommend this company to all family and friends not only for the great services provided but also for great service provided with out a scheduled appointment. Needless to say I slept well that night thanks to Wingate Mechanical LLC.

Brett Vidal called to let me know he'd be at my home in about 30 minutes. In what was an incredible use of both his time and mine rather than end the call at that point he suggested, "Why don't you tell me what you think your problems are?" When he got to my home he spent no small amount of time working on my AC. At every step in the process he shared with me, in laymen's terms what was happening and what should be happening. I've dealt with other HVAC firms but have never experienced the level of service provided by Wingate (Brett). I would without hesitation recommend them.
