    Provide a rent-ready turnkey apartment

    We were restoring a 1914 distressed 4-unit home with "wonky" walls and floors. The team came in and turned around one of the worst apartments.

    People who walk in are amazed at the turnaround. If you need a solid drywall finisher, you MUST use Brandon. He is a perfectionist and he worked day/night to make sure we had a beautiful product.

    The team did such a solid job, we have given them another double unit which has a quick turnaround time.

    Edward and his team are a rare find in a field filled with shoddy work and broken promises.
