Ascenture Homes Llc built my home and promised to make repairs but they will not return my calls and when you call the number they answer as Winmark homes and when I filed a complaint the "winmark homes" act like they don't know what I'm talking about even though same phone # same people it's just pitiful that people will treat someone this way, they have no idea what I have been through in my life and they are allowed to do this to people. I work everyday have 2 kids and my husband lost his job. My oldest son wants to go to college but home owners wont cover repairs to my brand new home because technically it was damaged when we moved in so it was before policy started, what a pile of poo and I have the wonderful 2-10 warranty which has machines answering phone recorded to say im sorry but that is excluded from your coverage, whatever!! Before you buy read up on them or email me I will tell you all you need to know. FYI not with me I WILL not stop even if it's just a thorn in their side I will bother them every day, I have wrote letters to the governor and even to white house. If the president wants to change something then stop these builders from taking advantage of people and giving good builders a bad name. Hope you sleep well and remember what goes around comes around you will see.
