I bought a home in MA from the owner of this company. The construction was abominable. I have had to replace all of the siding and trim and some framing from absence of water barrier and flashing, and improper roofing that resulted in water penetration behind the clapboards, soaking the sheathing and framing. I had many roof leaks. Also, the lowest quality furnaces were replaced after five years due to heat exchanger corrosion and failure. As a developer, he chooses the lowest price contractors, often incompetent and will not monitor a project for quality. Beware!
